Coach Rob is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Stoked Athletics and a full time middle school Physical Education teacher. He grew up playing many sports but always loved baseball the most. He played baseball at Dowling College for 4 years while pursuing a degree in Physical Education. He coached athletes in baseball, basketball, CrossFit, and now the awesome people at Stoked Athletics.
Coach Mike is the co-owner and founder of Stoked Athletics, a small group personal training gym on Long Island that serves adults and athletes alike, including everyone from casual weekend warriors, to dedicated Spartan racers, to professional wrestlers, and everyone in-between.
Coach Gaspare is a co-owner and trainer at Stoked Athletics. He fell in love with training when he first started playing football in high school and saw how much it had positively impacted his life. As he grew older, he realized he wanted to help others improve their lives through training which ultimately led him to be where he is today1
