All the Rage is a remote lifting club with expert coaching, ongoing feedback, an exercise library and a social space for members. If you’re in search of guidance, community and accountability, but can’t join us in Atlanta irl, this club is for you. All experiences and abilities are welcome!

Workouts are delivered weekly and include warm up, prep work, barbell (or dumbbell!) training, and accessory work over three training days. There's an optional 4th day for recovery and mobility too. Workouts are delivered via the TH app, and include demo videos and instructions for each exercise, plus modifications and alternate exercises.

Expect to squat, bench, and deadlift, along with some bodybuilding, unilateral and bodyweight exercises. This is a general strength program, not focused specifically on powerlifting, strong(hu)man or bodybuilding (but it includes movements practiced in all three sports). You'll build strength and muscle, move better and make progress in your lifts.
