Coach Cody has trained Adults and Athletes alike for nearly 10 years and of all different backgrounds.

FAQs
Is this program too hard for a beginner?
Absolutely not! However, I do recommend that you reduce the sets to 2 sets your first week on all movements and slowly progress your sets each week to get comfortable!
What if I don't have a piece of equipment for a certain exercise?
No problem! I'll provide other alternatives for you just let me know in the private team feed!
Do I need to do all 5 training days?
Nope! There are 3 "primary" training days with 2 additional bonus days! The more the better of course, but sometimes 5 times a week just isn't practical!
