This program is more more then just any google.com program, this program is about being a part of a TEAM! A TEAM of Parents (moms or dads), or any "normal" person that aspires to live a more healthy and fit life.

My team (you) will receive, quite nearly, the exact training program that is utilized by myself to continue to play recreational sports at a high level, maintain/develop lean muscle mass, remain injury free, and stay fit and healthy so that I can play with my son!

PS. My goal is to compete against my son one day.. and I can't let him show me up!

This program aims to help individuals achieve their fitness goals, optimize performance, and maintain a healthy lifestyle through scientifically backed workout plans, expert guidance, and a team atmosphere.

This program will go through numerous phases that are designed to increase your recreational performance, muscle definition, increase lean muscle tissue, burn fat, and tone you up, bringing you 1-step closer to the best version of yourself!

**IMPORTANT: **This isn't a "secret sauce" type program.

This program requires CONSISTENCY and EFFORT. Stick with this program and I promise you WILL receive results!

FAQs
Is this program too hard for a beginner?
Absolutely not! However, I do recommend that you communicate within the team feed if you have any beginner questions!
What if I don't have a piece of equipment for a certain exercise?
No problem! I'll provide other alternatives for you just let me know in the private team feed!
Do I need to do all 5 training days?
Nope! There are 3 "primary" training days with 2 additional bonus days! The more the better of course, but sometimes 5 times a week just isn't practical!
Who is this training for?
Really anyone looking to improve their general fitness levels and or recreational athletes! Most 25-45 year olds will excel in this program, but this program is not limited to that age group. Try 7 days for free and see if you like it!
Can I cancel if I don't like it?
Absolutely, cancel at anytime! No hard feelings. Feel free to email me any concerns though!
