This program is designed for everyone in mind from those who are just starting out to those who have been training for years. The programs are developed with that in mind, and can be scaled to your level of fitness.
How long are the workouts?
Approximately 1 hour in length or less. The programs are designed for those looking to get a great workout in timely fashion, but will ultimately depend on your rest between sets.
When can I start the with Team Sculpted?
You may jump in whenever you like. Once you complete the first week you will be on track with the rest of the Team Sculpted community.
