I created Team Revive so that women who want to get strong and healthy can get there with the help of a supportive and knowledgeable coach and a supportive community.

The training of Team Revive is structured around increasing strength in the main lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) and in building a muscular but curvy, feminine physique. You will achieve this by training a combination of compound movements and fun, functional accessory movements.

Programming includes 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days, focusing on strength, hypertrophy, and functional movement. We also place a high importance on trunk strength!

Team Revive is delivered through TrainHeroic which makes it easy to view your daily program, instructional videos, and track your workouts.

One of the best parts is that you are not alone- The Train Heroic App makes it easy to connect with me and the rest of Team Revive.
