The Roseborough Elite Athlete Program (REAP) is designed around the needs of elite prep basketball player Ben Roseborough. It has been designed to keep him strong, reactive, and able to elevate over defenders.

Now his training program is available to you to help you increase your athleticism when it matters most and maintain your strength to fight through defense year-round.

Ben has partnered with pro-athlete trainer, Blair Orr, to walk you through each exercise on video. Being part of the team not only gives you access to the program, but also shows you how you rank amongst other Team REAP athletes.

The detailed, science-based programming and coaching in this program is what has helped Ben get that edge to dominate year-round! We take into consideration how much you do on the court and attack the weight room accordingly; work on quick your bounce without overloading your body with excess, time-wasting reps!

You'll develop strength and power with 4 days of performance training each week, focused on ground-based movements, both loaded and unloaded, to develop the strength and power that is required to show up ready to dominate and to withstand the rigors of both team and AAU seasons.

Who is the REAP Team for?
High School level basketball players that know their way around a weight room but want their training to translate more than the traditional high school weights program
How long is each workout?
Normally a training session will take you under an hour to complete. If you're short on time - you can always adjust sets and reps appropriately to your schedule.
How often do we train?
Team REAP is designed to be done 4 times per week. The LEAD Team of coaches designed the program based on the high school basketball season so you're increasing your athleticism year-round!
What if I have questions during training?
Being part of Team REAP means you have constant access to elite coaches to support you through the program! Not only do all workouts come with demo videos, but you'll be able to message with a coach to ensure you're on the right track.
