With just dumbbells (a lighter and heavier set, though the more, the better!), you’ll have access to 4 strength-based workouts each week that target every muscle group and keep you progressing. The 5/1 mesocycle structure allows you to repeat the same workouts for five weeks, building strength and consistency before taking a deload week to recover.

To keep things fresh and exciting, you'll receive new workouts every 6 weeks, ensuring continuous progress. The program also includes a private fitness app where you can follow along with demonstration videos, track your progress, and get prescribed sets and reps. Plus, the community group chat offers ongoing support and motivation, making sure you feel connected and accountable as you work towards your goals.
