Scott Leech

You don't want to be the kid who's strong in the weight room that never plays. You need a plan that actually makes you better on the field. Team Gridiron Warrior gives you that. Speed work that translates, strength that holds up all four quarters, and conditioning so you don't gas out when it matters most. It’s not random drills. It’s a complete football training system built by a D1 Strength Coach who trains real college athletes, and now it’s yours.

Everything’s delivered right to your phone through TrainHeroic. Warmup to sprint work to the weight room, it’s all laid out, week by week, with video demos for every drill. No more guessing. No more wasting time. Open the app, hit the session, and start building the kind of game that gets noticed.

Speed That Actually Transfers
Most athletes are doing “speed work” that never shows up on the field. Long sprints. Silly foot ladders. Random cone drills. This program is built around real acceleration, first-step power, and game-speed sprinting. The kind that actually creates separation, not just sweat.

A Full Plan, Not Just a Workout
You don’t need another random instagram workout. You need a system. Team Gridiron Warrior gives you everything: warmups, sprints, plyos, lifting, and recovery, delivered weekly, with coaching videos and exact progressions. No guesswork. No piecing it together from social media.
benefit-image-2
Built by a Coach Who’s Been There
This isn’t made by influencers or trainers who’ve never seen a fourth quarter. It’s built by a D1 Strength & Conditioning Coach who’s produced athletes at every level. If you want to move like a real football player, this is how it’s done.
benefit-image-3
Strength That Shows Up in Pads
It’s not about chasing PRs or building gym muscles that don’t matter. This program trains the kind of strength that holds up under contact. The kind that breaks tackles, sheds blocks, and wins in the A-Gap. Football strength isn’t built by accident. It’s built here.

Year-Round Progress, Not 30-Day Hype
Most athletes hit the gas for a few weeks, burn out, or fall off when the season starts. The Gridiron Warrior Program is built for full-season development. Summer. In-season. Offseason. Spring. The program evolves with you, so you keep getting better, even when others tap out.

FAQs
What if I miss a day or can’t follow the program exactly?
That’s the beauty of TGW. You get new programming every week, but you can train on your schedule. Miss a day? Pick up where you left off. Fall behind? Jump back in. This system meets you where you are—and keeps you moving forward.
Is TGW just for football players or can anyone use it?
TGW is built for football—period. Every sprint, lift, and drill is designed to help you dominate the field. If you play another sport, it’ll still get you stronger and faster… but if you’re a serious football player, there’s nothing better.
What makes TGW better than free workouts online?
Free workouts don’t build champions. TGW gives you a football-first system, built by a D1 Strength Coach with real athletes, real results, and real experience. It’s not a random YouTube circuit. It’s a full system that’s already helped hundreds of football players level up.

"Coach Leech is a leader. I’ve had the fortunate opportunity to train with him during NFL off-seasons. He has a passion to improve players' physical abilities without losing sight of the goal to win games on the field or the court. Each year I felt prepared for the season following time with Leech."

"Coach Leech knows how to get you ready. Having trained with him at URI, I came to Cleveland feeling more prepared to compete. He knows how to push you without losing sight of what really matters which is winning on Gameday."

"Scott Leech’s program has been a cornerstone of our off-season training for two years, and our team has never been stronger! The kids see tangible results, boosting their confidence and drive to push harder. (MM HS made Playoffs for first time in 51 years in 2024)."
