Do I have to be a member of a gym?
No! Take a look at the required and recommended equipment list for guidance on how to equip your home with everything you need to Be Boundless.
Do I have to already be in shape?
No, Team Boundless is made for all fitness levels, with notes on modifications an easy ways to scale and up down.
Is this how Ben trains?
Yes! Ben uses Minimum Effective Dose methodology in his training.
What equipment do I need?
Take a look at both the "required" and "recommended" equipment list. If you are new to training, feel free to start with the required equipment and add some of the recommended equipment over time.
Is this program customized?
This program can be modified, but it is not customized. For customized programming, please reach out to coach@bengreenfieldcoaching.com.
Can I start at any time?
Yes! Our programs are designed so that you can hop in and enjoy at any time. We do have cycles to continue to challenge new athletes.
