I founded Taylor Made Strength to help you. We don’t work out; we train in order to have the health, the strength, and the life we want. It doesn’t matter if you just want to get in shape, if you need to regain strength after an injury, or if you want to build muscle. We are a no-judgement zone and want to see you succeed! In the 4 years that I’ve been a personal trainer, I’ve helped hundreds of people get the results they wanted and I can help you, too. Who is this training for?
This training is for any level of experience and will benefit anyone willing to put in the effort consistently.
What if I miss a day?
Make it up before the end of the week. If that is not possible then move forward with the next week. What matters is consistency and effort.
What should I expect on an average training day?
Expect variations of free weight exercises, bodyweight exercises, as well as machines. Training sessions will take 30-60 minutes depending on experience level.
How much communication will I get with the coach?
I will be active daily to answer questions and hold you accountable.
