FAQs
$30 is a lot of money. Why should I choose your program?
I do this for a living and the people I have worked with are proof that my programming works. When you get something for free you usually don't do it and you get the results you pay for!
How much time do I need to train? How many days per week?
The program is 4 main days per week, plus other optional days. Each session lasts between 30 and 90 minutes. Training can be split up further if needed.
What equipment do I need?
A basic gym setup, either home gym or other gym. Access to barbells, dumbbells, bands, benches, etc. Space to sprint, jump, roll, and crawl. Specialty bars and equipment are a bonus.
Who is this for?
Former and current athletes who are serious about becoming athletic for the rest of their lives. Anyone who wants to move better, feel better, build a lean physique, and enjoy training again!
How much experience do I need?
If you're just starting, you probably don't need this level of complexity in your programming. If you've been lifting consistently for 1-2 years however and know your way around a gym, you'll get great results from this program. If you are a beginner you would be better off with my 1-on-1 coaching.
What if I can't train every day?
No problem. The program can be adjusted to your schedule. I will help you fit it to your life. Otherwise, send me a message about 1-on-1 coaching to create plan designed for your needs.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes. Either a commercial gym or a home gym will work. Plus, you need space to sprint, jump, and move. If you have no gym and no equipment this isn't for you.
