This program is for the Tactical Athlete (Military, Fire, Law Enforcement, & EMS). Your job is to serve the people of this county and your community and that requires specific skills, but it also requires sacrifice. In order to serve at your full potential your fitness needs to be a top priority. This program will not only ensure you are in top physical shape but it will also improve your performance on the job. The demands of your job are physical and you should train like it.

Build Strength
Strength is your foundation. Your job requires you to carry heavy gear, lift and drag people, and utilize heavy equipment. Training for strength will not only help you perform your job but it will also help minimize injuries and prolong your career.

Work Capacity
Developing work capacity will help you perform your job for a longer period of time before tiring out. Whether it's a high intensity situation like dragging multiple people during a mass casualty while also rendering aid or longer endurance situations like climbing a mountain or multiple flights of stairs while engaging a combatant or fighting a fire for hours. This program trains you for both.

Look Good-Feel Good-Perform Even Better
Most programs will focus on one quality at a time i.e. strength, hypertrophy, power, speed, etc... This program is designed to build multiple qualities through undulated periodization. You will train for power and strength on certain days and you will train for hypertrophy and endurance on other days. This is all pre-planned and science-based training designed just for you, the tactical athlete.
