JUGGERNAUT is a structured 5 Day Strength and Performance System built around the key components of the tactical populations which are strength & hypertrophy, power development, sprint work, Threshold, and mobility. The goal is simple: build a body that is harder to move, harder to break, and capable of thriving the real world demands of the Urban Jungle.
Programming is delivered with deliberate fatigue management and long-term progression as the priority. Volume, frequency, rep ranges, exercise selection, and intensity are all governed by evidence-based principles, allowing athletes to get stronger without compromising other sport training (if involved in combat sports) and to progressively overload without burning out.
Exercise selection and resistance profiles are intentionally chosen to train the entire body and develop a strong, well-rounded base. There are no gimmicks, no unnecessary complexity, and no high barrier to entry movements, just effective lifts that can be executed immediately and progressed consistently.
Optional conditioning and mobility sessions are included to support recovery, durability, and performance outside the weight room.
