FAQs
What if I can't train 5 or 6 days per week?
Talk with Coach Craig! Based on your goals, he will lead you to chose the correct split for the amount of time you can dedicate to the gym. If you can only perform 2-3 sessions per week, that is not a problem!
Won't strength training make me lose mobility in my golf swing?
Not if you strength train correctly! SWING STRONG leads to the perfect blend of strength, conditioning, AND mobility.
How long does each session take?
Strength sessions will take you no longer than 60 minutes, mobility sessions will take you no longer than 30 minutes, and the conditioning session will take you no longer than 45 minutes.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No, you can choose the month to month payment option allowing you to cancel anytime.
