The Superhero Squad training program is designed to help you look, feel, and perform like a real-life superhero. You’ll get fresh weekly programming that blends strength training, bodybuilding, athleticism, and endurance into one complete plan.

Each week combines a mix weight training, speed work, and conditioning to develop a superhero physique that doesn’t just look strong, but moves with power and endurance. You’ll get bigger and stronger, improve agility and explosiveness, and build the stamina to handle whatever challenges come your way.

The programming reflects the exact style of training I do myself, so you’ll always have workouts that are tested, effective, and designed to push you toward superhero-level fitness. While this is an advanced program, it can be scaled down to fit any level—whether you’re an experienced lifter or just getting started in the gym.

What equipment do I need?
Most workouts are designed for a standard gym setup. If any special equipment is used, modifications will be provided.
How will I access the workouts?
All training is delivered through the TrainHeroic app, where you can view your workouts, track progress, and connect with the community.
Can beginners join, or is this for advanced lifters only?
The program is scalable—you’ll get guidance on how to adjust weights, reps, and intensity based on your experience level.
How much time do the workouts take?
Most sessions range from 60–90 minutes, depending on the day and type of workout.
Will I have access to you for questions?
Yes! There is a team chat with all members of the Superhero Squad, where I answer questions and provide extra context about the workouts.
What if I miss a workout?
Life happens! Your workouts stay in the app so you can complete them later or adjust your schedule.
Do you provide nutrition guidance too?
The main focus is training, but I also offer 1-on-1 coaching through my website.
