FAQs
Who is this for?
This training program is for anyone who is tired of their old training routine and need a spark. You do not need to be participating in athletics to train like an athlete.
What if I miss a training day?
There is no worries. You can train at your pace for the needs of your busy life. We recommend that you train Monday/Wednesday/Friday, but if you would like to train with a different day split that is totally fine.
What should I expect on an average training day?
We program 4 week blocks with 3 days a week. Every training day is a total body workout. We do not program based on a muscle to muscle approach. We like to live my the saying, “If we train muscles, we will forget movements, if we train movements, we will never forget muscles”
