Solace Strong — Small Group Training, Wherever You Are

This is the online version of Solace's most popular program: our small group personal training, now built for anyone who can't make it into the gym.

4 sessions a week, fully optional. The program is built around 4 training sessions weekly — 3 strength & conditioning sessions and 1 mobility-for-strength session — but this isn't an all-or-nothing plan. Do all 4 if that's your week. Do 2. Whatever fits your schedule fits the program. Consistency matters more than hitting a perfect number, and this program is built to work either way.

Every session runs around 45 minutes and uses dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands — train at home, at a hotel, wherever you've got the space.

Coached the way we coach in-person. Breath mechanics are cued into every heavy lift — exhaling through exertion, never bracing into a held breath. Core work is anti-extension and anti-rotation based (think dead bugs and Pallof presses, not crunches), because that's what actually holds up under real load. And because we program for progressive strength over time — not just movement for movement's sake — this training also supports long-term bone density, one of the most underrated benefits of consistent resistance work.

You'll also get access to our group chat, where you can ask questions and get direct coaching feedback throughout the week.

$35/month · 3 S&C + 1 mobility-for-strength session weekly (optional) · ~45 minutes · Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands · Cancel anytime

FAQs
How many sessions do I actually need to do each week?
None required, honestly. The program is built around 4 sessions a week — 3 strength & conditioning and 1 mobility-for-strength — but it's fully flexible. Do 2, do 4, do whatever fits your week. Consistency matters more than hitting a perfect number.
What equipment do I need?
A set of dumbbells, one or two kettlebells, and a resistance band or two. Nothing complicated — this is designed to work at home, at a hotel, or anywhere you've got a small amount of space.
How long are the sessions?
Around 45 minutes each.
Is this the same as your in-person program at Solace?
Yes — this is the online version of our most popular in-person small group training program, coached the same way: breath mechanics built into every heavy lift, and core work based on anti-extension and anti-rotation patterns rather than crunches.
I'm new to strength training. Is this program for me?
Yes. Sessions are coached with clear cueing and scalable loads, so you can start where you are and build from there.
Can I ask questions if I'm stuck on a movement/unsure about something?
Yes — every subscriber has access to our group chat, where you can ask questions and get direct feedback throughout the week.
Is this safe if I'm pregnant or postpartum?
Let us know at sign-up if this applies to you, and we'll help you adjust load and pacing where needed.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full access to the program for 7 days before your subscription begins. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no long-term commitment — cancel whenever you'd like.
How is this different from a generic workout app?
This isn't a video library. It's ongoing coaching — direct access to your coach through group chat, programming that progresses over time, and a coaching philosophy built specifically around how you train, not just what movements to do.
