You will gain access into the training app so you can keep track of your sessions. Monthly program updates to allow enough time for progress Support from your coach via the training app Exercise video demostrations so you know correct technique
You will learn how to Squat, Bench press and Deadlift properly, build up your confidence and many accessory movements to help improve those compound lifts.
Strength training days are set at 4 days, 2 x lower body, 2 x upper body with the addition of 1 conditioning day/full body day if you choose to do it. Build strength and performance.
With over a decade of coaching 100s of women, my mission is to help as many females as possible to step into their power and find their true strength. My background is Pilates, then stepping into the strength training world in 2016. I have since competed in 8 powerlifting competitions and coached over 10 clients onto the platform as well. I love coaching women who want to get stronger
