Do I need to be a Competitive Athlete?
Absolutely not, Our mission is to show that Strong(hu)man is a viable source of Fitness and Strength for EVERYONE at every level
Do I need lots of equipment?
Any Strongman equipment is helpful but we can help you substitute every movement with what you have
Can I do this before contests?
Most members of the Team run this program year round and either Make modifications for their next contest OR simply run ST until a few weeks out from their next big contest
