The Strong Parent Gym Team is for parents who train in a gym setting and want more than random workouts or influencer routines. This is for you if you're ready for structured, intelligent training that actually fits your life — and builds real strength you can feel outside the gym.

You’ll follow a 6-day training framework designed to improve strength, mobility, energy, and resilience — with three foundational strength and conditioning days, one bodybuilding day, one core & conditioning day, and one optional extra S&C day. Every session is written to scale — whether you’ve got a full hour or just 30 minutes.

This isn’t about punishment or perfection. It’s about training with purpose, supported by proven programming and real-world coaching experience. Built by a coach who works with parents daily, this plan meets you where you’re at — and helps you train for the life you actually live.

Hi! I’m Sam Moses — a husband, dad, and strength/conditioning coach with degrees in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. I’ve spent over 14 years helping parents build strength that actually supports their lives and families. Through effective, functional training and proven coaching systems, I help busy moms and dads move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent without burning out.
