You’ll follow a 6-day training framework designed to improve strength, mobility, energy, and resilience — with three foundational strength and conditioning days, one bodybuilding day, one core & conditioning day, and one optional extra S&C day. Every session is written to scale — whether you’ve got a full hour or just 30 minutes.
This isn’t about punishment or perfection. It’s about training with purpose, supported by proven programming and real-world coaching experience. Built by a coach who works with parents daily, this plan meets you where you’re at — and helps you train for the life you actually live.
