FAQs
Can I do STRONG by Lexie at home?
There will be modifications offered for home workouts but at the very least I recommend that you have dumbbells as heavy as possible to reap the rewards of the programming along with an adjustable bench and long bands that you can use in place of cables for some exercises.
Who is this programming for?
This programming is for women who want to build a lean, toned physique and train with intention. This program is not designed to simply make you sweat or feel hard in terms of heart rate/cardio, it's meant for muscle hypertrophy to shape and change the physique.
How long will the workouts take?
The workouts shouldn't take you longer than 60 minutes! They will be efficient and effective.
