Proper execution of the movements in this program is crucial for targeting the muscle with surgical-like precision. You control the weight to do what you want it to do, train what you want it to train, and not the other way around.

Is Noah really the one putting the workouts together and replying?
Absolutely! I spend hours every single day answering questions for our team and putting together our future training blocks, so that you can not only make the best progress possible, but also learn the most possible!
Do I need special gym equipment?
Not at all! If you have access to a basic gym, then you have everything needed right there. Barbells, dumbbells, and machines are all we'll need to get the job done!
How do I access the training?
I've partnered with TrainHeroic, who offers an app for iOS and Android that will deliver your training to your phone every single day. You can also access your training via the desktop if you don't have access to a smartphone!
When should I start?
The best time to start will be at the start of every block of training, but for $25 per month, I'd recommend jumping in right now to get a feel for how everything works and ask any questions to get yourself familiar and prepared!
