These strength-based workouts incorporate functional & compound exercises in a cyclical program allowing for adequate rest & intensification to build your general strength. Of the 4 workouts 3 of these are gym based whereas 1 is a varied circuit-based workout available via. zoom, which is also recorded to watch at your own leisure.
In addition to these workouts, you will also have exclusive access to a Facebook group run by a qualified Dietitian & Personal trainer with access to guides and content to improve your lifts, nutrition and healthy habits.
After your 7-day trial you will also receive a coaching call to help you with your goals & clarify any programming queries, this will be rebooked every 3 months to keep you on the right track. In the interim, we'll keep tabs on your progress via weekly check-ins!
