FAQs
Is Elliott really training with us?
Absolutely. This is the exact training I'm using right now as I train for Strongman. As my training evolves and changes over time, you'll get access to exactly what I'm doing.
What if I don't have all of the equipment in the program?
No problem. I'll keep the equipment minimal for the most part so you should be good to go with a basic garage gym setup. But, in the case that I program implements that not everyone has, I'll recommend movements that you can swap in and you can always make those decisions on your own too.
Should I start with day 1?
Nope. Jump right in to train with the rest of the team. We'll start new training blocks every 3, 4, or 8 weeks, and even if we're in the middle of a training block, just jump into today's training and pick up where the rest of the team is.
