Who is the team for?
Anyone that wants to build their endurance and strength base in programming.
How long does a typical workout session last?
The run sessions vary on training times, they start at about a half an hour up to very long runs that are couple of hours. All strength sessions can be done in about an hour.
Why is this program?
This program is definitely not for the faint of heart. You have to put in the work to get the results you need. If you put in the work, the results will speak for themselves.
