A 3-day a week split that focuses on compound movements and appropriate accessory and isolation movements to tick every box for full body strength.

FAQs
What equipment do I need access to?
Majority of the exercises prescribed in this programme will need either barbells or dumbbells, but you will need access to a few machines and some cable machines too. Most commercial gym and private gyms will have everything you need.
When is the start date?
Week 1 will kick off on Monday 10th November 2025. This is 6 weeks out from Christmas week, so it's the perfect time to start and end the year strong, building momentum into 2026.
When will my sessions be programmed into the app?
You will have all your sessions for the following week inputted towards the end of the current week.
