Skate Fast & Win Pucks!

Designed for anyone with a goal to improve their strength & fitness, move better, and sprint or skate faster on the ice. Includes weekly programming posted every Sunday that consists of 2 strength training days and 2 conditioning days. Strength days are the priority. Each strength training session is balanced between all muscle groups so you should never be too sore to skate once you are consistently training.

Included mobility work helps mitigate soreness and improves your ability to move more efficiently and without nagging pain in your back, knees, shoulders, and other areas.

This program stabilizes joints and prepares the body's tissues for high impact, lowering the risk of injury. Next time you collide with a another player on the ice, be confident that you'll be the last man standing.

2 optional conditioning days per week give you the opportunity to not only be strong and powerful, but to improve your work capacity and speed as well.

Flexible Programming
Barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells are mostly interchangeable in this program. Alternative exercises are also listed in the notes frequently.
