Designed for anyone with a goal to improve their strength & fitness, move better, and sprint or skate faster on the ice. Includes weekly programming posted every Sunday that consists of 2 strength training days and 2 conditioning days. Strength days are the priority. Each strength training session is balanced between all muscle groups so you should never be too sore to skate once you are consistently training.
