How much time do I need to commit each week?
Kyle’s programs are built to take around 60 minutes a day. That being said, you can always ask for modifications if you need to get a session in quicker. Our coaches are here to help you succeed.
Do I need special equipment for the workouts?
This program utilizes all pieces of equipment from barbells, to dumbbells, to kettlebells to bands. That being said, we provide dumbbell and kettlebell alternatives for those who only have access to such.
What kind of results can I expect?
Kyle's clients typically see improvements in strength, muscle definition, fat loss, and overall energy within the first few weeks. His holistic approach also helps build long-term habits for sustainable fitness and health transformations.
Is this a CrossFit workout plan?
