I'm Jack, and I'm a fitness coach that specializes in using exercise to improve mental health. I suffered from depression and suicidal tendencies for 25 years. Exercise and nutrition were two of the most powerful contributors that allowed me to overcome it.
STOKED is a style of programming that I use to maximize the mental health benefits of exercise. By joining the group, you’ll be following along with my exact approach to diet and nutrition, and I’ll be following the programming along with you.

I've had mental illness since I was a toddler and have had suicidal tendencies all my life. I overcame those largely through physical activity, and I want to help others do the same.
When you join a team you’re getting more than programming, you’re joining an online community.
