I'm Jack, and I'm a fitness coach that specializes in using exercise to improve mental health. I suffered from depression and suicidal tendencies for 25 years. Exercise and nutrition were two of the most powerful contributors that allowed me to overcome it.
STOKED is a style of programming that I use to maximize the mental health benefits of exercise. By joining the group, you’ll be following along with my exact approach to diet and nutrition.

Days 2 & 3: Foundational Strength. -Master the fundamental compound movements -Learn to apply progressive overload to consistently build strength and muscle over time -Take advantage of the rep ranges and tempos that maximize hormone benefits and anxiety reduction
