FAQs
Who is Stay Capable Group Training for?
Stay Capable is designed for men who still have responsibilities to carry. Whether you're in law enforcement, trades, military, emergency services, business, or simply refuse to slow down, this program helps you build strength, conditioning, mobility, and resilience for real life.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Workouts can be scaled to your current ability and available equipment. The goal is progress, not perfection.
What equipment do I need?
A commercial gym is ideal, but many workouts can be completed with basic equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio machines. Equipment requirements are listed in the program details.
How is this different from a bodybuilding program?
Stay Capable is built around capability, not appearance. The focus is strength, conditioning, durability, mobility, and long-term performance—not chasing a pump or training for the mirror.
Will I receive coaching?
Yes. Members can ask questions, post training videos, and interact within the TrainHeroic community. Coaching feedback and guidance are provided inside the platform.
When does programming begin?
Programming officially begins July 27. After joining, you'll receive preparation content including movement practice, mobility work, baseline testing, and guidance to help you hit the ground running on Day 1.
How much time do workouts take?
Most sessions can be completed in approximately 45–60 minutes. The goal is effective training that fits around work, family, and life responsibilities.
What if I've had injuries or I'm over 40?
Many members are over 40 and managing previous injuries, aches, and limitations. Exercises can be modified as needed while still allowing you to build strength and maintain capability.
