Welcome to The Standard Hybrid!

This is a training program for anyone who wants to be strong, athletic and jacked. All of your training needs will be covered, helping you reach your highest potential! People are constantly spinning their wheels with their training, not getting results due to program hopping and lack of consistency. With The Standard Hybrid you will get a program that improves strength, power, mobility, and conditioning without the guess work, driving consistency in your training.

The Standard Hybrid is three 45-60 minute sessions per week, giving you a perfect blend of general athletic qualities using a concurrent training program. The program utilizes all types of training methods such as jumping/plyos, heavy strength training, olympic lifting and aerobic training. Your workouts will get updated weekly, making things fresh, engaging, and keeping you progressing. You will have access to form checks and Q&A via the in app chat. You will also be joining a supportive community of people who are trying to hit their training goals just like you.

Remove the guess work when you go to the gym. This is a concurrent program that gives you a mix of everything you need to ensure that you are making progress.
