Its been a dream of mine to be able to impact people worldwide through fitness, and now for the first time ever, I am able to do that through Stacked Performance Daily Training.

A team is so valuable for so many reasons, and I have been on teams all my life. Now you can be part of MY team, working everyday to become your best self, starting with weight training and movement.

This Training IS NOT for everyone.

When you join the team, You will be training with ME and your teammates 6 days a week with a recovery day. We will go through 7 week mesocycles, targeting specific goals with each training day.

THIS program is my daily training program. It is what I lift everyday according to my current goals.

STRONGER

I will speak through the team chat and answer specific questions targeted toward nutrition, speaking about losing body fat and gaining muscle. Within the team, I will share my expert tips on losing weight and putting on muscle.

TRAIN EXACTLY AS I DO
Stacked Performance Daily is my weekly training cycle. It is a mix of body building, strength training, and HIIT. I cycle through 7 week mesocycles, explaining the goals of the training and what my targets are. If you are desiring to get stronger and improve your overall appearance, that is guaranteed here, as long as you put in the work and are dedicated.

Is this really Spencer's daily workouts?
Yes! I design these training session weekly for me. I use my 16 years of experience, along with my current goals, to get 1% better everyday.
Am I able to ask questions if I dont understand?
Absolutely! Post your questions and your progress on the message board. Your teammates and I will ensure that you receive feedback or an answer back to help you along the way!
What If I miss a training day?
Get back on it as soon as you can! Don't make a habit of missing days, although things do happen. Jump back into the training either by starting with the day you missed or by starting on the current day. Either way, we will be there to help you if needed!
