Who is this for?
This program is for Professional Wrestlers, and students of Professional Wrestling Schools. If you are not actively a wrestler or student, we ask that you do not join this program and instead go to www.StokedAthletics.com for in-person and online training.
How much training experience do I need?
We suggest members have at least 1 year of exercise experience before joining.
Can I do this program with my home equipment?
Unless your home gym has the same variety of machines and equipment that a typical commercial gym has, no. While you may be able to modify, we suggest getting a membership to your local gym.
