FAQs
Who is this training for?
This program is designed for intermediate to advanced track & field athletes—sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers—who want structured, high-level training whether they have a coach or not. If you’re serious about getting better, this is for you.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need track shoes, access to a track or open space, resistance bands or dumbbells, and a timing app. But more importantly, you’ll need grit, discipline, and a willingness to work.
How many days per week is the training?
A: Most weeks include 3–5 track sessions and 2–3 strength sessions. You can adjust based on your competition schedule or school workload — and we’re here to help you do that.
What events does this program cover?
The focus is on sprinting (100m–400m), hurdling, and jumping events. Training is built around general sprint development with additional technical and strength components tailored to these events.
Is this really based on college training?
es. The workouts and philosophies come directly from coaches at top NCAA programs. We’ve adapted them to fit high school and early college athletes without overloading volume or complexity.
What if I miss a day or fall behind?
That’s okay. You can always go back and complete missed sessions or pick up from where you left off. Progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency.
