This is my signature strength program, designed by a woman, for women. It’s about building confidence, autonomy, and real strength—on your terms. No fluff, no gimmicks, just solid training that works with your body and your life.
You’ll get three full-body strength sessions per week, plus an optional fourth conditioning session. Life happens, hormones do their thing, and sometimes you won’t get all four in—that’s fine. This program is built so that whether you train once a week or smash every session, you’ll still make progress. Because strength training should work for you, not the other way around.

Lyndsey is a strength and conditioning coach, a competitive athlete and a dancer. She has been coaching women for 20 years and is fiercely passionate about educating and supporting women on their strength training journeys. Lifting weights changed Lyndsey's life for the better, not just physically but mentally too and she is on a mission to help as many humans as possible to access it too.
