This is my signature strength program, designed by a woman, for women. It’s about building confidence, autonomy, and real strength—on your terms. No fluff, no gimmicks, just solid training that works with your body and your life.

You’ll get three full-body strength sessions per week, plus an optional fourth conditioning session. Life happens, hormones do their thing, and sometimes you won’t get all four in—that’s fine. This program is built so that whether you train once a week or smash every session, you’ll still make progress. Because strength training should work for you, not the other way around.

What if I can’t commit to 4 sessions per week?
No problem. The program is designed to be flexible—whether you do all 4 sessions or just 1, you’ll still make progress. Every workout is full-body, so you’ll get the benefits no matter how often you train. Life happens, and that’s okay.
I’m new to strength training. Is this for me?
Absolutely! This program is designed to support you whether you're a total beginner or have been lifting for years. You’ll learn proper technique, build confidence, and get stronger at a pace that works for you.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need access to a barbell, weights, and some basic gym equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands. If you're training at home, we can make modifications to suit what you have.
Will this help me lose weight?
This program isn’t about weight loss—it’s about getting stronger, feeling more capable, and building a body that works for you. No diet culture, no obsession over the scale—just smart, effective training that helps you feel like a badass.
What kind of support will I get?
You won’t be doing this alone! You’ll have access to coaching guidance and a supportive community of like-minded women who lift each other up—literally and figuratively.
