What if I join mid-phase after everyone has started?
Our programs are designed so that you can jump right in at whatever phase of training is underway! However, we recommend starting with our "START HERE: 6-Week Foundational Phase" to set yourself up for success.
I just started my training journey, can I handle the workouts?
Yes! Whether you are an experienced gym-goer or just starting your training journey, our programs can be scaled to meet your ability. Many exercises provide alternatives that you can swap in as needed.
Will I actually be coached by Tate?
Every training day, week, and phase is designed by Tate, and every exercise includes an easy-to-follow video demonstration that shows you exactly how to perform the movement. Additionally, you will have coach access through the team chat where I will answer your questions and provide support.
How many days per week?
Unlike most training programs, Outdoor Athlete prioritizes a life outdoors and every program is designed to enhance your sports, not replace them. Through our testing, we have found that 3 total body training days per week create consistency and yield best results. CONSISTENCY IS KEY.
