Welcome to SJ’s community!

Our mission is to give you the opportunity to become part of a community of like minded people, while providing access to a premier exercising program at a price you can afford.

We want to give people an honest, affordable option they can use to support them in becoming the best version of themselves.

We provide sustainable, premier programming of 45-60 minute sessions designed to cater to anyone's schedule. Whole sessions can be broken up into separate sessions so even the busiest people that don't have a spare 60 minute window can find a few moments in a day to get some solid work in.

If having access to quality, care free programming and being part of an inclusive community striving for a healthier lifestyle and achieving goals is what you are after, this is the program for you.

Who is this training for?
Our program is designed to make you move and feel better whether you are an everyday individual or an elite athlete. You will have access to structured care free training that incorporates all physical qualities.
How many days a week will you train?
Program includes 3 x full body strength and conditioning sessions as a baseline with optional conditioning and active recovery sessions you can do.
How does the community work?
You will get access to us two coaches and other members in an online forum. It will be a place to share training tips, vids, form checks. Also, there will be monthly challenges, book/media/practice recommendations and more.
