It seems as we've progressed through the 21st century, our lives have gotten... more comfortable and more comfortable, but at the expense of that comfort, we've lost something great

Our souls

Every reel, every post, every movie, every show, every news clip, just seems more and more like propoganda

"consume" "think this" "but this" "dont do that" "only think this".

Im done with it. I want to return to the old ways where life was fulfilling, where we embraced struggles and adversities, and found the strength to overcome them, to grow, to have the opportunity to fail and grow from that failure.

We do not run from our darkness, rather, we harness that darkness and use those negative emotions and negative feelings to create positive outcomes in our lives. To change ourselves for the better

My training is simple: No bullshit, results driven training

My goal is to help others not only become bigger and stronger, but to mentally develop into strong, confident men and women, through the acceptance of adversity and hardships.

We live in an era of forced conformity and weakness ; of quiet judgment and softness of actions ; in our modern day society of luxury, we've lost that inner being, that primitive beast, that.. darkness.. that permeates through all of our souls.

For without darkness and suffering one can never truly know light and life

The dualistic nature of life, where the most important things are EARNED, not GIVEN, has been forgotten.

Instant gratification, bitchassness, and weakness of both body, mind, and soul, must be set ablaze in the cleansing fires of hard effort, dedication, and commitment to the path.

A commitment to Suffer. A commitment to Persevere. A commitment to embrace the darkness of ones soul to create beauty, strength, and confidence. To develop an indomitable mindset with which you can take with you through life. To become that strong, confident, wise person that you envision when you see yourself in the mirror. Your struggles are my struggles, and together, we rise from the ashes of our former selves

What Kind of Program is this?
This is exactly what I do in the gym. We will be cycling through various meso-cycles & drawing on my vast knowledge of programming to ensure that a) the programs are highly effective and b) theyre fun and engaging. Generally, we will work in 9-12 week mesos: Hypertrophy, strength, peaking, 1RM test
Im only interested in Powerlifting
No worries! All of my programs are designed to improve STRENGTH and HYPERTROPHY, and theyre perfect for offseason training! If you want to peak for a meet, i can advise you on how to alter it in private group chat!
Im a beginner, is this too advanced for me?
Nope! Im HUGE on supporting noobs in the gym and helping them transition into a better lifestyle! You can post your form/technique videos in the group chat and Ill go through it with a fien toothed comb!
