We do not run from our darkness, rather, we harness that darkness and use those negative emotions and negative feelings to create positive outcomes in our lives. To change ourselves for the better.
My training is straight forward: No bullshit, results driven training.
My goal is simple: To help others not only become bigger and stronger, but to mentally develop into strong, confident men and women, through the acceptance of adversity and hardships.
We live in an era of forced conformity and weakness ; of quiet judgment and softness of actions ; in our modern day society of luxury, we've lost that inner being, that primitive beast, that.... darkness ... that permeates through all of our souls.
For without darkness and suffering one can never truly know light and life
