How Do I Know If I Am Skinny Fat?
There is not an official definition for skinny fat. What I have found from working with hundreds of clients, if you are naturally leaner but hold excess body fat in your stomach or chest, plus you are relatively weak, you might be considered skinny fat.
Will I Get Bulky From These Workouts?
Absolutely not! It's hard to get "bulky" unless you are eating thousands of calories a day, and possibly supplementing with drugs. Whether you are a female or male, you will build strong, firm, defined muscle.
What Should I Do For Nutrition?
As part of your membership, I will send you a nutrition program that you'll be able to walk through and build your own plan. It will help compliment your workouts and allow you to phase through building muscle and burning fat.
How Do I Get In Contact With You?

How Quickly Will I Get Results?
It depends! How much effort are you willing to put in with your workouts and nutrition? After a few weeks of consistently doing your workouts and following your nutrition plan, you should see results!
