Run Stronger is a 3x/week program that is tailored to meet the unique needs of runners, by focusing on key muscle groups, stability, and overall athleticism. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or a beginner, our program is adaptable to all fitness levels.
The calendar will be uploaded on a weekly basis, and new exercises will be added monthly to ensure that you are able to progressively overload each week.
Also included- ability to message Coach Sarah with any and all questions, including exercise modifications.
