RLSP 2.0 is a monthly live training program led by NRL High Performance Coach Brandan Jones. It is designed to help rugby league players improve their:

RLSP 2.0 runs in monthly live training blocks.

Players follow the same performance system used with high-level athletes, broken down into clear, easy-to-follow training sessions.
