This program has a big focus on strength that focuses on building it progressively so that your not overdoing it and are able to improve all year round. The idea is to give you enough intensity that your crushing big lifts but don't feel like you got hit by a truck the next day. We work harder and smarter.

Once we stop playing sports in school we tend to stop doing things that made us athletic. Things like sprints, jumps, plyometrics, moving in different directions. Many people rely just on weights but the first thing to go is our speed and power. Your not too old to do athletic things, you will shock yourself with how much your still capable of.
