This team, ReVamp'd, is geared to take the guessing out of your workouts, provide structure, and be a space for community and accountability. My style of training is focused on resistance training to build muscle paired with athletic mobility to keep those joints and muscles happy. I program with longevity in mind. We don't have to be the strongest, fastest, or fittest. The goal is simply to be the healthiest version of ourselves and move pain free for as long as possible.
