Resurgence, noun: A revival after a period of little activity.

I want to give you access to a workout plan designed specifically for individuals who are trying to get back into a consistent workout routine at a price-point that can't be beat.

I've been personal training long enough to know what works, what doesn't, and to help coach you to the fastest path to reaching your goals.

This is going to be simple. Will it be easy? Probably not. But that's why you will be surrounded by individuals from all walks of life with a similar goal to you, alongside a coach who is going to be cheering you on the whole way.

If you're up for it, you'll get access to the coaching and training that has transformed the lives of so many of my clients along the way.

When you join the team, you should expect structured training that is progressive, challenging, and helps you get back into a regular routine.

There's no get-fit-quick gimmick here.

How many days per week are required to follow the program?
The full program is programmed for all 7 days of the week, but not all 7 days are required. The program is designed so that you can still get a holistic program if you miss a day or are unable to complete all 7 days.
How long are the workouts?
Workout durations range from 20-60 minutes per workout. Most workouts can be completed in about 45 minutes.
Who is this for?
This workout program is designed specifically for people interested in either getting back into a consistent gym routine or who are just starting their fitness journey. HOWEVER, anyone can participate in the Resurgence program.
What are some benefits I can expect to get from this program?
If you are consistent with this workout program you can expect to develop a consistent workout routine, build strength, increase muscle mass, improve your endurance, and receive countless benefits that an adequate amount of physical activity offers (better sleep, more energy, improved mood, etc.)
What equipment do I need?
Access to a full conventional gym is required for this workout program. That includes resistance training machines, freeweights, cardio equipment, etc.
