If you have difficulty maintaining a training routine or are tired of yo-yoing on your diet plan, Resilient Training Club is for you.

Resilience is defined as “the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties"; otherwise known as toughness. Resilient Training Club is a training community that aims to gain muscle, lose fat, and increase your capacity for stress through utilizing 3 workouts per week with an emphasis on daily undulating periodization.

Life is going to happen. There will always be obstacles. RTC’s goal is to give you the perfect balance between life and training through turning fitness into an everyday habit.

A fully equipped home gym or commercial gym will be more than enough!
