Resilience is defined as “the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties"; otherwise known as toughness. Resilient Training Club is a training community that aims to train your 5 biomotor skills:

  1.  Strength: The ability to produce force 
  2. Speed: The function of the CNS to move the body and limbs as quickly as possible 
  3. Endurance: An athlete's work capacity, or their ability to perform work at an intensity over a certain period of time 
  4. Coordination: The body's ability to perform smooth, efficient, and controlled movements.
  5. Mobility/Flexibility: Access the range of motion necessary to live a strong and pain-free life.

Training isn't just for looks. The Resilient Training Club approaches fitness by filling up all of its buckets. We train for strength, coordination, power, and mobility which ultimately leads to a resilient athlete, ready to handle any physical feat. 

This program uses kettlebells, plyometrics, as well as other pieces of equipment to make you the most athletic you've ever been!
