It takes into account the demands of training on the mats 3–6 times per week, so every workout complements your BJJ—not takes away from it.
You’ll get 3 main strength and power sessions plus 2 optional conditioning workouts each week.
These sessions will build the key physical qualities you need to become a relentless grappler—strong, explosive, and impossible to tire out.
