FAQs
How long will each session take to complete?
Including watching the instructional videos, each session is designed to take 15-30 minutes to complete.
Is this a weight lifting program?
NO! The Recovery Club is designed to be completed in conjunction with a dedicated Strength & Conditioning program. This is a supplement to the weight room, which HAS to be a priority.
What happens if I miss a day of the program?
No big deal! You can make it up over the next few days. These sessions should not leave you very sore, so it shouldn't interfere with the rest of your training schedule.
