Absolutely! This progressive periodized training system allows anyone to train effectively and make optimal progress. Training responses just vary, but anyone can benefit from it.
Will I have direct communication access to a coach?
Yes, I will answer any question you have about the program so that you can be at your best.
Do I have to be part of a team to enroll?
No, definitely not, it's just how the program is set up on this platform. You can train as an individual, although it is highly recommended that you at least find a competitive training partner for the best results.
Are the workouts customized for me and my training goals?
Yes, this program will naturally tailor workout parameters around your performance from workout to workout. Since the program is evidence-based, you will follow a proven model of periodization or planning that will allow you to maximize every skill in the fastest manner possible.
How long before I get desired results?
Regardless of your training status, you will experience immediate gains, followed by more gradual ones. This is just the nature of training, but the beauty is that you will always be making some progress somewhere within the system. Program phase and goals are highly influential here as well.
