This is a program for those who are curios about their potential. Those who want to explore through effort. Who want structure but also the autonomy to fu*k around and find out. New strength cycle starts August 31st. This is a 16 week cycle consisting of 3 micro blocks. The first is an accumulation phase where we build muscle and cardiovascular capacity. The second block is a power block where we express what we have just built. Heavy power sets and high intensity conditioning. The third block is a maximal strength block. Here is where we put it all together and express our new maximal strength. Structured programing. 5 training days a week. 3 full body strength days / 2 conditioning days. Warm up, coach notes, and community.

The Three Pillars
1. STRONG: Build real strength without living in the gym. 2. CAPABLE: Conditioning, athleticism, mobility, and the ability to actually do sh*t. 3. CONSISTENT: No 30-day transformations or constantly chasing the newest workout. Show up, train, recover, repeat.
