RACELIFT is a strength and conditioning program built specifically for runners — designed to make you stronger, more resilient, and faster, without taking anything away from your running. Who It’s For Intermediate runners with 1+ years of gym experience, currently training for a race, who want to build real strength and stay injury-free without sacrificing speed. The Goals

  1. Get stronger — progressive squat strength as the foundation for stride power.
  2. Stay injury-free — heavy unilateral work and progressive loading that builds resilient tendons, bones, and connective tissue.
  3. Perform better — strength that transfers directly to race-day performance. How It Works • 3 sessions/week, 45–60 minutes each • Every movement comes with its own technique video — no guessing • Optional plyometric and mobility sessions for extra power and movement quality • Built around your running schedule, not competing with it The Community You’re not doing this alone — a shared group chat to track progress and ask questions together, plus direct access to me for video/photo/text feedback.
